DataSea Desktop Assistant

Today's computing interfaces involve a lot of menu and icon clicking, keyword guessing, and hit list searching. Regardless of how well organized your files may be, you can't always remember where you put something, and you can't always figure out where something should be filed so you'll remember where it is in the future. And what if you want to find information that's related but comes from different data sources? You have to find each file where the data is, then pull it all together manually.

You know what you want, so just ask for it.

Tell it...
  • Assimilate all your data with a single command
  • Fuses file contents and meta-data as they are found, without the need for tagging or special formatting.
  • Enter ad-hoc information:
Mark arrives at 2pm tomorrow on flight UAL 1147
    Get bagels for Friday's meeting.
New thoughts on the project: Can we get an outside contractor to handle the design?
Ask it...
  • Simple or complicated questions that require connecting dots through data:
What is Mary's husband's phone number?
Find the PowerPoint file from last week about financial projections.
  • Follow-up queries based on prior input:
What is Mary's husband's phone number? Map his office address.
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources
  • Find the connections between seemingly unrelated data:
When was my meeting with Walter coincident with the power outage?
Command it...
  • Send email without opening an email program.
Email John Yarborough and say Please send me the info you have on the Gentex project.
  • Make real phone-to-phone calls to anyone, anywhere, send SMS text messages, and deliver high-quality voice messages without looking up a contact or dialing a phone:
    Call Paula Moore's mobile.
Contact Juanita's cell and say system down, need ur help asap.
Call Derek and say I'm stuck in traffic, so I'll be 10 minutes late for the meeting.
  • Map addresses without opening a separate window.
  • Create a timeline of events
